This Complicite production was performed in Japanese with English supertitles, the story of a sadomasochistic relationship that develops betwwen a music teacher and her younger student, enacted by live actors and Bunraku puppets. Opened July 9, 2013, as part of the Lincoln Center Festival at the Rose Theater, 60th Street and Broadway, Lincoln Center, New York, N.Y.
