• Bound in brown cardboard covers covered with a leaf of thin scrunched beige paper; layered on front cover are color photocopies of Cuban and Argentine postage stamps, silhouette of a man cut from black and white floral printed paper; and two paper labels printed in black, one for title, the other for author; lower cover has large paper cut-out of the iconic Vigía oil lamp hand-colored in blue, red, orange, and yellow watercolor, below which is a paper label printed with publisher and series title; floral patterned endpapers. Issued in a hand-made, hand-colored brown paper case with envelope flap, decorated with a background of black block-printed feathers, and layered with large paper cut-out of a figure--one half bird, the other half man; in the cross-section of the man's body, one of the veins is hand-colored in red; reverse of the box decorated with cutout of the Vigía oil lamp colored in blue, green, red, and yellow.
