• No. 1, a card wrapper printed on all 4 pages, includes inserts of single-sheet (folded once), List of Publications, January 1962, sub-titled Are You A Bore?, and single sheet (folded once) pamphlet Selected Fruits & Nuts.
• No. 4 with reproduction of racist magazine Kill! (no. 1, July 1962) staple-bound-in.
