- Programs (1944-1962) mainly for regional, amateur, college, and university productions of Blithe spirit by Noel Coward almost exclusively in the United States, the bulk during the Second World War and the immediate post-War period. Notable performances include The United Service Organization ("U.S.O.") at the Iceland Base Command; the Windsor Theatre (Bronx, N.Y.) starring Philip Tonge and Beverly Roberts; USO Camp Shows at the Prinzregenten Opera House (Munich); the first production of the Civic Theatre of Birmingham (Ala.), with Mary I. Badham as Madame Arcati; the Hayloft Summer Theatre (Portage, Mi.), starring the African American actress Jane White; the Highfield Playhouse (Falmouth, Ma.), with John Frankenheimer.
