- Summary
- Art book that is a well-deserved tribute to the great artistic contribution made by the master Raúl Anguiano to contemporary Mexican plastic, one hundred years after his birth. The vast and diverse heritage that makes up the book (mostly unknown and largely unpublished), comes from the archives of the author. Consists of drawings made in different techniques: pencil, charcoal, red crayon, watercolor and color pencils "prismacolor". It includes material of the 1930's until his death in 2006, many are drawings from the 1940's, during the prime of his artistic career. The book has mostly portraits and drawings of the human figure, still life, and a wide variety of landscapes, not only environment / country but also urban architectural creations, preferably of the colonial era, which share the same master drawing stroke.
