Summary

This book catalogues the MASP Foto Cine Clube Bandeirante collection (FCCB), which arrived in the museum in December 2014, through a loan that will become a donation in 50 years. Founded in 1939, the FCCB played a decisive role in the diffusion of modern photography in Brazil. The collection presented 275 photographs of 82 identified authors, as well as a photo of unknown authorship. This is an exceptional set of vintage photographs, circulated throughout Brazil and the world through the FCCB, from 1939 to the 1980'sS.
