- Programs (1926 - 1943) for The three sisters by Anton Chekhov in the United States and England, including college and university productions, with English translations by Constance Garnett, Maurice Gnesin, Samuel Rosen's version from a translation by Bernard Guilbert Guerney, and Guthrie McClintic's version with Alexander Koiransky. The bulk of programs here reflect Guthrie McClintic's production on Broadway starring Katharine Cornell, Judith Anderson, and Gertrude Musgrove. Of note is Theodore Komisarjevsky's production at the Barnes Theatre (London) commissioned by Philip Ridgeway as part of a series of Russian plays designed for English audiences; a number of productions by Eva Le Gallienne for the Civic Repertory Theatre; a production by The American Laboratory Theatre (N.Y.); a production by The Unnamed Society (Salford, England).
- Kirk Douglas is credited as the assistant stage manager in some of the programs for the McClintic-Cornell production.
- Compiled and bound by The New York Public Library. There is some marginalia.
