McEvoy, with music by George Gershwin, lyrics by Gus Kahn and Ira Gershwin, produced by Florenz Ziegfeld at the Ziegfeld Theatre, starring Ruby Keeler [billed as "Ruby Keeler Jolson"], Jimmy Durante [billed as "Jimmie"], and Eddie Foy, Jr., with subsequent cast changes.
