- Programs (1913 - 1943) for The post road by Wilbur Daniel Steele and Norma Mitchell documenting the original Broadway production and subsequent regional, amateur, college, and university productions. Of note is a 1935 production at the Lakewood Theatre (Me.) featuring Keenan Wynn and Humphrey Bogart with a half-tone publicity photo of the latter; a 1935 production by Joshua Logan for the County Theatre (Suffern, N.Y.) featuring Jose Ferrer; three productions by different divisions of the Federal Theatre Project.
- Some programs for the original Broadway production contain advertising for popular contemporary books including The Forty Days of Musa Dagh by Franz Werfel; Lust for Life by Irving Stone; While Rome Burns by Alexander Woollcott; Little Orvie by Booth Tarkington; and Delay in the Sun by Anthony Thorne.
