Summary
Anthological exhibition dedicated to artist Nelson Ramos (b. Uruguay 1932) in the 10th anniversary of his death. Curated by Angel Kalenberg, a traveling companion of the artist almost from the beginning of his career, the exhibition goes over the different series and more than one hundred pieces, where Ramos experimented with different languages and formats, through drawing, painting, collage, objects, sculptures and installations. Innovating and pioneering in the Uruguay of the 60's, when the country entered fully into modernity and its paradigm shifts in the field of art.ʺ--Page 180.
