- Study of Dolores María de Ximeno y Cruz, a young intelectual and writer of the upper class bourgeoisie of Matanzas in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, whose memoirs, based on family diaries and stories, newspaper articles, and letters, offered a detailed and valuable portrait of Cuban society and culture at an important moment of change between the two centuries which was fundamental in shaping the national culture of Cuba.

- Colophon: Esta edición ... consta de doscieintos ejemplares manufacturados e iluminados a mano por las Ediciones Vigía en su Colección Premio. En su realización se emplearon textiles, papel ecológico, craff y blanco de diferentes texturas y gramajes, acrílicos y tintas. Las serigrafías de cubierta y contracubierta estuvieron a cargo de Guillermo Rojas. Esta edición estuvo al cuidado de su autora.
