- Attributed to J. Harrison, T. Magrane, and M. Dripps by cataloger, based on resemblance of printed portion of map to 1854 map by the same.

- Includes vignette illustration with elements of New York City seal, cut from printed source and pasted on face of map.
- Inset on hand drawn portion of map shows New York and vicinity, with main roads to, from, and within Morrisania, Astoria, Newtown, Flushing, and Greenpoint.
