Summary

Teresa Anglada sees how her life as a successful journalist falls apart when her daughter Jimena disappears at the Reina Sofía Art Museum in Madrid without a trace. In panic, Teresa is slow to see a detail: her daughter has disappeared on December 21, the same day her father did in 1970. What she does not yet know is that one of her predecessors died in that same place 67 years ago, when the museum was the Provincial Hospital of Madrid, although its corpse was never found.
