Limited depictions of activities related to community and student opposition to Columbia University's building expansion plans into Morningside Park, in Harlem, New York, in 1968, consisting of two views of demonstrators being arrested by New York City Police for protesting the university's plans; and a group portrait of the West Harlem Coalition for Morningside Park during a tenth anniversary gathering (1978).

Collins would collect printed material and document the events that took place during this period.
