Evasión narrates in the first person the flight of two young officers of the Republican Navy from the Meheri-Zebbeus camp and their experiences in the lands of North Africa.The odyssey of Alfonso Vázquez and Francisco Díaz, two sailors from the Republican squad captured in Bizerte (Tunisia) at the end of the Civil War. Interned in the Meheri-Zebbeus concentration camp, this tells of their life in it, their attempts to escape which are finally achieved, and their final destination in Oran.
