- Two reviews of Request Concert by Franz Xaver Kroetz. This 1973 naturalistic drama takes place in a single woman's apartment, which was produced in detail with the audience sitting around its edges. She putters around soundlessly for 78 minutes and then commits suicide. Reviewed Oct. 28, 2016, when it was produced in the 250-seat theater Fishman Space in the BAM Fisher building, 321 Ashland Place, Brooklyn, N.Y. This was its first New York production since 1981.
