Summary

Enter Parco Delgado, "voice of the people", a charismatic street politician who takes on the establishment in the first wartime election the DMZ has ever seen. Equal parts Hugo Chavez, Che Guevara and Al Sharpton, Parco co-opts Matty Roth and the power his name now carries, so much so, that the lines separating the journalist from the story, blur dangerously close to disappearing completely.
