- Pforzheimer copy: With the armorial bookplate, engraved by Bowley, Salop, of the English Whig politician Thomas Whitmore. -- With an early inscription on the front free endpaper ("Catherine Mary Whitmore, June 17th 1821, The gift of her dear Mama on her Birth day, for having repeated her Cat[atechi]sm very perfect four Sundays."). -- Contemporary speckled calf, black morocco spine label, gilt spine titling and decoration.
