Summary
Panel discussion on the challenges that face stage designers, whether technical, budgetary, or whatever other kind. Ralph Lee and Casey Compton, who design puppets for the Mettawee River Theater Company, discuss and display their work. Toni-Leslie James, who designed costumes for the recent Broadway success Jelly's last jam, discusses her work on that production. Brenda Braxton, who appears in Jelly's last jam, displays one of James's outfits from the show. Veteran lighting designer Jules Fisher talks about how the field has changed since his career began.
