Summary
This work includes a collection of treaties and conventions between Great Britain, France, the Holy Roman Empire and the Netherlands signed between 1616-1718 against Spain. This league between France, Great Britain and the Netherlands in 1717 was known as the Triple Alliance; when it was joined by Austria in 1718 it was known as the Quadruple Alliance. Cf.
