Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) was living in Vienna for more than 35 years and often changed addresses. The Theater an der Wien, where he also had an apartment for some time, was an important focal point for him. Here he conducted the world premiere of his only opera Fidelio and other main works of his. Taking the Theater an der Wien as a starting point, the author and photographer Andreas J.
