  • "The illustrations and the general format are from Leben der heiligen Drei Königen [sic] in the Pierpont Morgan Library, one of the rare copies of the edition of John of Hildesheim's story published by Heinrich Knoblochtzer in Strassburg about 1484."
  • A retelling of Historia Trium Regum, written sometime between 1364 and 1375, keeping many of the details from the Latin and subsequent German texts.
