Summary
Panel discussion on the experiences of working actors, covering such topics as the moment when each panelist decided to become an actor, how they use real-life experiences in their work, distractions while performing such as latecomers or forgotten lines, and related matters. Dennehy and Franz discuss their work together in the current revival of Arthur Miller's Death of a salesman. Chalfant discusses the death of her brother from cancer, and how this event informed her performance in the play Wit, in which her character is terminally ill from that disease. Panelists also take questions from the audience.
