- Summary
- Panel discussion on design for the theater, focusing on a number of issues concerning costume, set, and lighting design. Panelists discuss the challenge of taking on more than one design job on a single project. Fisher talks about his recent work on the musical Grand Hotel, and Rigdon reminisces about working on the stage adaptation of The Grapes of Wrath. Judith Martin discusses her work for the children's theater troupe the Paper Bag Players, which she founded in the 1950s. She also displays several outfits made for her productions.
