- "Harry Duncan designed the page, hand set the Bembo type with Engravers Shaded initials, and selected the Zerkall soft white vellum text paper in February of 1997. Sara Tabbert's frontispiece was commissioned by Nancy Duncan. During the summer, Denise Brady printed the book and bound it into covers of handmade Indian Rag & Algae and Proterra Flecks paper. Production was facilitated through the graces of the College of Fine Arts, University of Nebraska at Omaha."--Colophon.
