  • "This book was designed and printed by Sebastian Carter at the Rampant Lions Press, Over, Cambridge. It was typeset by Speedspools of Edinburgh in Monotype Times New Roman, and printed on Zerkall Antique mould-made paper. The original aquatints in the two éditions de tête were printed at the artist's studio by Herbert Röell, and the reproductions in the regular edition by the Stinehour Press, Vermont. The binding of the éditions de tête was by Brignell Bookbinders, and of the regular copies by The Fine Bindery."--Colophon.
