"This alphabet book was made in the beginning of the 1998 in Amherst, Massachusetts. The lithographs were printed using a hand press at the University of Massachusetts printmaking studios. The text was printed at Wild Carrot Letterpress. All the printing was done by Thorsten Dennerline. The binding for an edition of ten was created by Peter Verheyen in Syracuse, New York. Two artists proofs were bound by Thorsten Dennerline. You are holding [copy number]. Based on 26 random words from a dictionary, illustrated with lithographic 'impressions' of the words. 57 pages bound in open-accordion style. Leather-edged pastepaper boards by Peter Verheyen. Created especially for the Guild of Book Workers Abecedarium exhibition -- dealer's note.
Edition of ten signed copies.
