Panel discussion on design for the theater, including the design of costumes, scenery, lighting, and puppets used in stage productions. Liza Lorwin and Basil Twist discuss their work on Peter and Wendy, an adaptation of Peter Pan, and display the 'Peter' puppet used in the play. Danny Gates and Mark Waldrop talk about their collaboration with the late Howard Crabtree on his show When pigs fly, illustrated by three performers who model costumes created for the production. Beverly Emmons describes the approach she took to two recent, disparate projects, the musical Jekyll & Hyde and Sam Shepard's drama When the world was green.
