They were set in 13- and 14- point Bembo types, cast by Michael and Winifred Bixler in Skaneateles, New York. The calligraphy on the title page and cover is by Jerry Kelly. The drawings were printed from magnesium plates and coated with beeswax. The edition was printed on Arches Cover by Jocelyn Webb and Michael Russem at the Kat Ran Press in Florence, Massachusetts. The books were bound by Peter Verheyen and Jocelyn Webb in Oakdale papers and vellum. ... The edition is limited to thirty books, numbered 1 through 30, with an additional fifteen, lettered A through O, reserved for the bookmakers. You are holding ... "--Colophon.
