Summary
Wie kann die Stille in der Kunst der Gegenwart sichtbar und gar hörbar gemacht werden? Und welche Intention verfolgt die Kunst bei ihrem Versuch? Auf diese Fragen möchte der vorliegende Band antworten. Das Thema der Stille wird als mediale Reflexion in einem breiten Panorama von Installationen, Performances, Video, Filmen, Fotos und Zeichnungen auf unterschiedliche künstlerische Weise behandelt und so (be)greifbar gemacht. Das interdisziplinäre Projekt umfasst Werke von rund 50 internationalen Künstler*innen wie Marina Abramovic, Jane Benson, Joseph Beuys, John Cage, Hanne Darboven, Jonathan Monk, Nam June Paik, Timm Ulrichs, Jorinde Voigt u.a.00Exhibition: Kunstmuseum Bonn, Germany (27.05. - 05.09.2021).
