- According to Gibson and ESTC, at least seven editions of this pamphlet were issued in 1721 all having identical collation and content with thesole exception that later copies (4th-7th editions) have a final advertisement leaf on I4r; later copies omit the words "True-born" before Englishman (2nd-7th ed) and "ministers of state" changes to "members of state" (3rd-7th) on title page.
