  • "The texts presented here are translations by final-year students and staff in the Spanish section of the School of Literature and Languages, University of Surrey. This project is part of a community translation initiative led by Lucy Bell (University of Surrey), in solidarity with the women of Puente Grande Prison, and other groups facing disproportionate levels of exclusion, stigma, discrimination and sometimes violence. The translations were edited by Lucy Bell, Catherine Barbour and Julia Ker. The design is by Daro Soberanes. Adobe Garamond Pro was used for the typographic composition. The first print run was 100 copies, which were bound and painted in public cartonera workshops in the United Kingdom: first at the University of Surrey, in July 2019; and then during the London Cartonera Book Festival at Senate House Library, in September 2019."--Colophon.
