Summary

Panel discussion of the experiences of working actors. Panelists discuss their current projects, how they trained to become actors, the challenge of appearing in a long-running show, and related matters. Hurt talks about trying to keep her performance fresh in Crimes of the heart, O'Shea talks about his role in the drama Mass appeal, Riley discusses acting in A soldier's play, Courtenay talks about The dresser, and White discusses the historical figure Lola Montez, whom she portrays in the musical Lola. Tanner, who is both an actor and a director, talks about his experiences directing the musical Joseph and the amazing Technicolor dreamcoat. Panelists also take questions from members of the audience.
