- "The Dante type was cast by Michael Bixler in Skaneateles, New York. The text sheets and endsheets were made by John and Kathy Koller of Woodstock, Connecticut. The walnut-dyed flax case paper was created at the University of Iowa Center for the Book Paper Facility. The binding was co-designed with Daniel Kelm, who also supervised the production work at his Wide Awake Garage in Easthampton, Massachusetts. The structure of the book is a case configuration combining a colored vellum spine with paper-covered boards. The exposed long-stitch sewing of the text was done by Peter Geraty at Praxis Bindery, also in Easthampton. Linda Lembke produced the slipcases at Green River Bindery in Brattleboro, Vermont. The CD of the poetry reading was reproduced from a digital master of the original recording, engineered at Three Communications Studio"-- colophon.
