• "This book was printed from collagraph plates by John Ross and Ann Marie Farinacci at the HIgh Tide print workshop in East Hampton, New York. The paper is Rives BFK, the text type is Garamond Italic set by Norman Cordes at Glen Rock, New Jersey. Headlines are various antique wooden fonts set by John and Tim Ross and printed on a Vandercook 219 press in East Hampton. Collagraphs were printed on a Charles Brand etching press and the binding is by Barbara Mauriello of the Center for the Book Arts in New York City. December 1991." -- colophon.
