- Summary
- A brief photographic memoir by Lewis Warsh in which he recounts his experiences during the summer of 1968 spent traveling with his then wife, Anne Waldman, through the prism of his present life. The couple spent several weeks in the company of Ted and Kate Berrigan at a rental home on Bustin's Island, Maine, and also went to San Francisco and Bolinas, California before returning home to New York. Warsh created this unique edition by pasting typed slips of his text and original black and white photographs on alternating leaves of a commercially produced, spiral bound artist's sketchbook. It includes a key to the photographs. The work was later reissued in slightly different form in a limited edition published by Granary Books, Inc. in 1996.
