- "145 copies printed at the Bird & Bull Press on a great variety of foreign and domestic papers, most of which were supplied by Legion Paper Corp. An even greater variety of types were used. The border on the title page is from the 'Cocktail' series designed by Prof. Albert Finsterer for Klingspor in 1955. I may have the market cornered on this border as I have never seen it used inthis country. With the exception of Broadside No. 1, all the text up to 24-point, and some of the larger types, were set by Golgonooza Letter Foundry. The black-and-white and color photos were made by Trice Photographics, the photo-engravings by Owosso Engravers, and Campbell-Logan Bindery provided the clamshell box and binding." -- colophon.
