Summary

"Selected lines of poetry from W.H. Auden's As I Walked Out One Evening, inspired Abby Leigh to create the imagery for One Evening. Randy Hemminghaus developed and proofed the nine Solarplate intaglios from the images. The plates were editioned by Kristen Cavagner at the Brodsky Center for Innovative Editions. Laura Oxendine collaborated with the artist to create the lines of poetry that were printed letterpress by Peter Kruty and Sayre Gaydos. The colophon and copyright are printed in Garamond type. The cotton and translucent abaca papers were developed for this edition and made at Dieu Donne Papermill. Barbara Mauriello designed and bound the edition of 30 copies and 10 proofs. One Evening is published by Dieu Donne Press, 2011." -- Colophon.
