  • "At the period of independent Ukraine, the Lviv painters of textile did the great work for the pupose to preserve and modernization of decorative trades. The long-term project 'Modern textiles and traditions' was cultivated. This project consits of creative laboratories, seminars, master-classes, round discussion, publishing of catalogs. In the realization of this program the professional painters, scientists, students, national crafsman, children collaborated. The symbol of this program was the Ecology of environment -- the Ecology of the soul."
