Summary

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the association PIN. Freunde der Pinakothek der Moderne e. V. the Staatliche Graphische Sammlung München has produced a collection catalogue of its acquisitions over the last 25 years. The association's generous support has fundamentally contributed to the fact that the collection now belongs to the leading museums in the field of 20th and 21st century graphic arts. Works introduced in the book are each accompanied by an illustration. Select works are analyzed in greater detail, including those by such wellknown artists as Silvia Bächli, Joseph Beuys, Alighiero e Boetti, Thomas Demand, Charline von Heyl, Donald Judd, Imi Knoebel, Olaf Metzel, Neo Rauch, Robert Ryman, Fred Sandback, Thomas Schütte and Christopher Wool.
