- Archaeologists Luz María Flores Morales and Jaime Carlos Viramontes Anzures documented 46 pictorial sets and hundreds of graphic motifs of rock art discovered in the Arroyo Seco site in the northeastern region of the state of Guanajuato, as a result of an investigation that lasted more than ten years. The book received the prestigious Alfonso Caso prize for the best research, presented in 2018 by INAH.
