Summary
The exhibition brings together photographs, woodcuts, drawings, documents, notebooks, objects and works in xerography. Among the latter is one of his best-known series, Exercício de me ver (1980-1984), which marks his pioneering role in the use of xerox as an artistic support in Brazil. Between 1975 and 1981, Hudinilson Urbano Jr. (1957-2013) coordinated the Xerography Center at Pinacoteca, in which he was responsible for promoting a practical, theoretical and editorial production in this support. He also held four individual exhibitions at the institution and cured two collective scans with works produced from the same support.
