- "Este libro es el resultado del encuentro entre dos iniciativas: la invitación a Rita Ponce de León (Lima, 1982) a desarrollar un proyecto editorial y, por otro lado, una residencia en Tumbes 204, un centro para la investigación del movimiento en Perú. De la mano, Rita Ponce de León, Joelle Gruenberg, Carola Robles y Mariana De Los Ríos han desarrollado una práctica sin nombre, un estudio en proceso a partir de saberes en el campo de la danza, el movimiento y la educación somática (campo de estudio que se sirve del cuerpo en movimiento como lugar primario de aprendizaje). Una práctica sin nombre es conocer a través del hacer y con la pauta clave: estamos en un equilibrio precario, un cuerpo asimétrico, buscando un gesto nuevo, habitamos formas para observar el detalle de los cambios. - This book is the result of the meeting between two initiatives: the invitation to Rita Ponce de León (Lima, 1982) to develop an editorial project and, on the other hand, a residency at Tumbes 204, a center for research on the movement in Peru. Hand in hand, Rita Ponce de León, Joelle Gruenberg, Carola Robles and Mariana De Los Ríos have developed an unnamed practice, a study in progress based on knowledge in the field of dance, movement and somatic education (field of study that uses the body in movement as a primary place of learning). A nameless practice is knowing through doing and with the key guideline: we are in a precarious balance, an asymmetrical body, looking for a new gesture, we inhabit forms to observe the detail of the changes. This folded paper object is like a sprout from the stem of what has been experienced, it is another way of thinking about the nature of what happened. Based on a series of drawings, texts and photographs, this publication invites the reader to join in doing, not only through their gaze, but with their entire body.
