- Printed on one side of double leaves folded once in Japanese style.
- The diary of a Buddhist priest and physician written in 1342 has been attributed to Saka Shibutsu, but from internal evidence it seems better to ascribe the work of his father Jūbutsu. cf. Introduction, p. 21.
