  • "Of this book, designed by Merle Armitage, five hundred numbered copies have been printed by the Will A. Kistler Company for E. Weyhe. The lithograph opposite the title page was made by Warren Newcome especially for this book, and was printed by hand from stone. The cover decorations and those on the title page are by William Stutz. This book was hand set in Monotype Bodoni, recut. The reproductions are by the Artochrome process."--Colophon.
