The annual report of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency generally appears in two different and distinct forms each year. The "Annual report to Congress" is a limited edition report published by the Agency itself for distribution to intra-governmental subscribers. Several months later the Congressional committee which reviews the Agency's "Annual report to Congress," reissues the Agency's annual report, with additional reports and information, as a Congressional document entitled: "U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency ... annual report.
