- Summary
- In this book the wide range of new indications and applications which has emerged for fibrin sealant in the field of endoscopic surgery is presented. Improved optic systems have changed the diagnosis and therapy of gastrointestinal and pulmonary diseases to an extraordinary degree. Flexible and rigid intracavitary endoscopes for use in minimally invasive endoscopy are now available, and results of these new methods in combination with fibrin sealant are very promising.
- New catheters and adapters for endoscopic fibrin sealant application have been developed.
