- Summary
- CREDU is a foundation of the French Government. Its aim is to develop exchanges between African and French scholars in the countries where it is based. It deals with post-graduate research in Arts and the Humane Sciences in universities and research institutes. The Head office is in Nairobi, Kenya, where it has existed for the past 10 years. CREDU has also opened a branch office in Harare, Zimbabwe, and another one in Ibadan, Nigeria where it is operating as a unit of the Institute of African Studies of the University of Ibadan.
