Summary
The Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe held the second of its Human Dimension Seminars in Warsaw in April 1993. The overall theme of the seminar was migration, with a special focus on preventing forced migration, protecting those forced to flee, cooperation among international institutions and the creation of national bodies to address migration issues. In the absence of a seminar report from the participating states, the Human Rights Centre of the University of Essex produced this summary of the salient points raised at the seminar.
