The combined collections with the exception of twenty items noted in this catalogue by an asterisk will be sold at unrestricted public sale / Catalogue written by Mr. Horace Townsend and Mr. Cesare A. Guglielmetti, in collaboration with Professor Volpi. The sale will be conducted by Mr. Thomas E. Kirby and his assistant, Mr. Otto Bernet, of The American art association, managers.
